An Indonesian-fusion masterpiece this one is! Very tender, slow-cooked goat mixed in a rich, sweet-and-spicy "Beni Sauce" (infused with red chili, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and sweet soy), packed into toasted focaccia, and served with a side of hot, clean bone broth.

These phone photos don't do this sandwich justice. If I could have this three times a day I would.

This thing is packed so much full of flavour that it will blow your mind.

Apparently this is the final week for this so make sure to head to Ada’s Affair Glebe and check it out.

Okay so. This is Nathan's fault.

Presenting: Good Graces, Norwest Quarter - the new baby from the legend behind Ritual in Northbridge.

Confession: I said no to this shoot. Multiple times. Not because I didn't want to (obviously I did, look at this place) but the dates genuinely weren't working. Did that stop him? Absolutely not. Nathan just kept turning up with "so when's good for you?" energy until I caved. Iconic behaviour honestly, and exactly why this human has managed to open location #2.

I've known Nathan for a long time now, and there's something genuinely special about watching a friend push past "one good spot" into "actually building something." New space, new menu, same warmth that made Ritual what it is - except now there's more of it, in a whole new pocket of Sydney.

Watching people you care about bet on themselves and pull it off? Unmatched feeling. So proud of this one.

If you're near Norwest, go. Get the coffee, get the food, get whatever's fresh out - and tell him congrats from me.
