Just like his older siblings, his parents waited until he was two months old to have his newborn photo shoot. A little later than the typical newborn stage, but somehow it makes it more meaningful.

By now, his little personality is beginning to emerge. His eyes are more alert, his expressions are changing, and there’s something so special about seeing the tiny person he is becoming. One day, when he’s older, he’ll look back at these photographs alongside those of his siblings and see just how loved he was from the very beginning.

It’s not really about the perfect age or the perfect moment. It’s about preserving these fleeting days, the tiny fingers, the sleepy cuddles, the little face that will change before you know it.

Another beautiful chapter in their family story, captured just as it should be.

When I photograph a family I love making sure I take time to photograph Mum and Dad individually with their little loves too.

There are those quiet, meaningful connections that deserve to be remembered such as Mum cuddling her baby, Dad soaking up those tiny moments, little hands wrapped around theirs, and the way your children look at you with so much love.

These are the photographs that tell your story, the ones your children will look back on one day and see just how deeply they were loved. Family photography isn’t just about capturing everyone together, it’s about preserving every little relationship within your family.

Those moments? They’re some of my absolute favourites to photograph.

There’s something so beautiful about those quiet, in-between moments with your newborn.

I have a couple of spots available for newborn studio sessions in September & October.

My studio is located in Highett, Bayside Melbourne. My sessions are very natural and baby-led, there’s no pressure for perfect poses or anything overly staged. I simply follow your baby’s cues and allow the session to unfold naturally. If you need to feed, change or settle your baby, there's no time limit, you do what you need to do to keep your baby settled and happy.

For me it’s all about capturing the connection, the tiny details and those fleeting moments that you’ll want to remember forever.
