What I learned from a week away ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I don’t feel I display or convey feelings much, this may be a result of war service or earlier trauma. However, this last week of being absent from social media highlighted an inner empathic trait 👊

I love the benefits of being an empath - deep connections with people, comfort and support others, as well as being highly creative and intuitive 🏋️

However, I must be aware I am more susceptible to overload/burnout - I can absorb negativity and therefore must be careful of my boundaries ⛓️‍💥

Can relate further to why music is so foundational to my being 🤘🤘🤘

Anyone else “feeling” life more of recent 🤷‍♀️

I have now officially crossed over into the second half of my life (based on leaving to 100 🤪)

I will be spending the day at assisting my wife with taking photos

So blessed to be enjoying the life of travel with her as we meet so many new people and helping their businesses grow through images that tell stories

For those that might not know the move is one of my fave movies of all time and this meme seems to sum it up

I have a number of photographic surprises to share in coming weeks as my work assisting Kat reduces
