Last week I hosted my first ever Photography Workshop with .co
Sheeeeeeeet. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
The plan going in was to create an environment where people felt safe enough to let themselves be vulnerable. To build a community where people could learn and grow together. We wanted this Workshop to be all about the art of photography rather than how to make money. We wanted people to push their own boundaries and experiment with new ideas.
What we ended up with was so much more than we ever could’ve imagined. We laughed, we cried, we feasted and we photographed. The way everyone was so willing to learn from each other was nothing short of beautiful.
There were no egos, no hierarchy, and no judgment about the right or wrong way of being a creative. As photographers we spend too much time trying to get a leg up on the competition that we forget to celebrate our artistic uniqueness. It was love and appreciation all round 💞
I can’t thank everyone enough for coming together, leaning into the experience and making an effort to push themselves outside of their comfort zones.
Big thanks to co-conspirators .com.au + for being the most amazing biz partners. They complete me 😙
And thanks to + for running classes and sharing their infinite wisdom with us
If you were thinking of coming but didn’t make it, hit us up on the DMs and let us know. We’re already brainstorming future plans so we want to hear from you!

And yes, photo 10 is of me falling over spectacularly during a shoot because I have the legs of a newborn giraffe
