Some events are just too special to share… 🤍

Today we had the privilege of attending a private ridden event. While we can’t share photos from the occasion itself, here’s a little behind the scenes sneak peek captured by Mike from Braid Up Photography .

So much work goes into preparing our Shires for events, from hours of washing and grooming to getting ourselves ready and planning the logistics. Wherever they go, our gentle giants always attract a crowd wanting to meet them, and we love sharing the breed with everyone.

Fleur looked absolutely stunning in her custom made quarter sheet, garland and special embroidery. A huge thank you to Emily and Ben for creating these beautiful custom pieces, you are absolute lifesavers! 🤍

Here at Gatton, we get foggy mornings, nothing out of the ordinary, but as the fog rolls in thicker, will we even be able to see a horse doing a dressage test, maybe not. Might need fog lights and tail lights on the horse.

Hopefully the fog burns off to reveal a sunny day.
