If the available appointment times donโt work for you, unfortunately, we cannot customize them. As a family-run business, itโs essential we stick to a schedule that allows us to manage both our work and family commitments. We appreciate your understanding!

๐ธโจ RUNNING LATE? โจ๐ธ
If youโre running late, please contact us immediately โ your spot will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes.
If we donโt hear from you, weโll mark you as a no-show and youโll need to reschedule.

๐ธโจ STAFF AREAS โจ๐ธ
For your safety and to respect our working environment, staff areas are strictly off-limits.
In the past, some guests may have had access to behind-the-scenes areas, but with our new floor layout, this is no longer possible.

๐ธโจ LARGE FAMILIES โจ๐ธ
Groups of 8 or more require two appointments to ensure we have enough time for guests scheduled after you.

๐ธ TAKE-YOURSELF SERVICE ๐ธ
This event is a $20 Take-It-Yourself service โ bring your smartphones or cameras to capture the perfect shot!
Our friendly staff will also snap a few and may ask for your permission to share them on our socials.

๐ธโจ NO EARLY BIRDS โจ๐ธ
Event starts at 11:00 AM SHARP โ no early entry will be permitted.
Please note: staff need time to arrive, change into costume, and prepare the space.
โ5 minutes early is fine, but not half an hour.โ

๐ธDRESSING ROOM NOTICE ๐ธ
We do not have a dressing room available at the time of your appointment.
Please come pre-dressed and ready in your outfits for the event.
