We went on a short cruise out of Brisbane Port recently and here are some of the pics we took (my son 'borrowed' my camera). :-) Royal Carribean's "Voyager of the Seas" was simply stunning! We've had a very rainy day on the Gold Coast, and I thought I'd get creative and get some unusual shots around home. The first 2 are of slow motion rain drops in the front yard, the 3rd shot is a lizard, who quickly took after this photo! If you look closely, you can see his eye looking straight at me. lol. Pity I didn't get shots of it running on it's back legs! That would've been cool. 😁

We drove to Snapper Rocks, Coolangatta last weekend to check out the surf. It's always such a relaxing day out. :-) Not only were there interesting wave formations, but we were lucky enough to see some whales and dolphins. Such a beautiful place to visit. ♥

The 'Waterblow' (blow hole) in Nusa Dua, Bali. Water erupts from the rocks, which is very cool to see. If the conditions are perfect, the eruptions will be over 30 feet high. The day we were there it was high tide, but still quite sedate due to the low swell. We were happy to see it no matter what! :-)

Better late than never :-) Here are my pics from the Pacific Air show last weekend. The weather was amazing, which was very lucky. The days before and after, we had rain!
We have 3 more years locked in, which his amazing! Next time, I'll be borrowing a larger lens!! We were so lucky to have a FA-18, 2 x F-22's, and F-35 fighter jets! :-)
This time, we also had the Navy Seals jumping out of the Osprey. Most of them landed on point, some didn't. I guess some people had an up close and personal chat with some. :-P
Looking forward to next year with a much better lens!!

Hubby and I cruised to New Zealand a few weeks ago, on the magnificent ship from Royal Caribbean, "Ovation of the Seas". First, we had to catch a plane to Sydney to get onboard. The best harbour for cruise ships is in Sydney, Australia! 😍
We set sail at sunset, which was amazing!! The Harbour bridge and the Opera House made it even more incredible! And to send us off, groups of people who were doing the bridge walk waved us off. The flags were flying in the wind. The weather was amazing too. It was just perfect. ♥♥♥ Pics of New Zealand to come!! ♥

It was my absolute pleasure to do this photo shoot. What a beautiful looking AND sounding HZ Ute! ♥ The owner has done much work to it over the years, and it was truly worth it! 😍
First, we went to the Sugar Mill near Jacobs Well, where we were fortunate to get permission to enter the back of the yard. We also found an old butcher shop across the road, which was perfect for photos! 😁 Last of all, we found a great spot in amongst the sugar cane. What a beautiful contrast of sugar cane and car. 😎😃💚💙
