What a wild day 100 was but proud of what and I achieved 💪

The weather didn’t keep us down even when it really wanted to. An experience I’ll never forget.

Big shout out to for putting up with all the training threw at me and keeping Juni occupied during all the hours of training. Couldn’t have done it without you 🫶

It’s tough standing by when a close mate goes through such a life-changing experience like has.

Kish is tackling his battle with leukaemia unlike many others. He is using his experience to raise awareness for Blood Cancer and is also endeavouring to fundraise $100k in the process.

To help with Kish’s great cause, I’ll be running ‘The Bloody 24’… 24 laps of the Bay Run in 24 hours, on November 1 and 2.

Hopefully everyone can come over for a lap or 24 as I’m sure I’ll need the company!
