Simply put. They want to introduce red tape so that every photo you take, you must examine, approach the owner of the copyright material within it and ask for permission to use that.... Let's say you take a photo of a street. That street has signage for Coca Cola, Street's, BP and any other companies.... What they are saying is you will have to get the express permission of those companies to use their copyrighted material....

I really can't condone this suggestion. Already we have TV shows that blur the parts of the video that show trademarks and brand names. It is just stupid. Far too much red tape....

The "Freedom of Panorama" is the right to take pictures in public spaces, even if you incidentally capture copyrighted works, from building facades to public sculptures to images on t-shirts and ad...
