🎉 🚛 TOWNSVILLE BROWN & HURLEY OPEN DAY 🚛 🎉

As part of the Brown and Hurley 80 Year celebrations, the Townsville dealership held their open day and truck show 'n' shine with over 60 trucks entered.

We headed up the mighty Bruce Highway to check out the action. Plenty to see and do on the day, with trade stalls, kids activities, trucks of all shapes and sizes, and Tow-mater even making an appearance.. A favourite with the kids both big and small!

Drain Transport's perfectly restored Ianelli's Kenworth W model gold nugget, made its first truck show appearance at the Townsville Brown and Hurley open day over the weekend.

Six years in the making, this resto is nothing short of spectacular. A job very well done Ryan, Darren and team 👏

🏆 People's Choice 🏆

Dale and Amanda Summerville's immaculate Kenworth K220, driven by Aaron Sonter, took home the People's Choice award from yesterday's Brown and Hurley Show & Shine, as part of their Townsville dealership's 80 Year celebration open day.

Well done guys, it's a real credit to you Aaron for keeping this rig in such great condition 👏 👌

Whilst on our trip to NSW recently, we stopped in and checked out the Brown and Hurley Kyogle dealership, and got to get up close to the new 80 Year Celebration Kenworth T909 and DAF XG+ before they headed to the Casino Truck Show.

On top of that, we were fortunate enough to have a look through JJ Hurley's amazing museum of trucks, tractor's and more, with some rare gems tucked away. Safe to say Bossman Jake (our 8 Year old son), was in his element too 😁 📸
