I approach every wedding with an immense sense of weight and responsibility.

But when a bride has lost a parent, that responsibility sits even more heavily with me. As I’m capturing the morning I find myself thinking about what her mother would have wanted preserved for her. The quiet moments, the emotion, the beauty, the love surrounding her and every detail that would allow her to proudly feel the day again.

That thought stayed me every moment of Christian and Ursula’s wedding. It inspired me, pushed me and fuelled me to give everything I have, as I strive to do for every family who places this trust in me.

It all resulted in this capture for Ursula, surrounded by love and light.

With the Lord above and her mother watching over her, the heavens truly provided the most blessed day🤍
