Who knew at 32, I could still be surprised... Face deep in the posh vanilla buttercream cake Isaac made for me, I realised something. I have given ZERO thought to what I wanted to do after I'd grown up. Anyone else trying to figure out the next step in their 'adulting-hood'? A few tiny confessions of mine made it on to the blog today. After 2 years pause, I'm a bit out of practice, so be gentle.

NOT OFTEN, BUT SOMETIMES - I like to share my wedding photography work on my blogging insta!!! I finally got to take a couple's wedding portraits at and I'm in love with them!!! I have spent the last year getting to know this amazing couple over homemade sushi, weekends in and kicking back over brews. They are perfect for eachother in every way and am so excited to have gotten to photograph their wedding with the amazing 🍍❤📷😍 Congrats Jaimi & Scott! Such a gorgeous day!! ❤❤❤

🤔 GOT OLD SAMPLE PAINTS?? 🎨 - Use them to make a feature piece for your home! On the blog today - 😍! Hubby and I, couldn't agree on what color to paint our lounge room wall - the result was a dozen sample pots we would never use again! What don't you expect when you buy your first home together? For my husband and I, we did not expect that we would battle as we have to find a design style we can both appreciate. THE REASON BEHIND - Why I now get ZERO work done! Yuki has the cutest little button nose I've ever seen. I mean look at it! I don't know if I've ever seen a cat with this colored sniffer - have you?! I always wanted a cat who would come up and snuggle with me while I worked, and now that I have one, the snuggle struggle is real!

WHEN YOU GIVE 🇧🇪 GUESTS LEMONS - They make you lemon 🍋🍰 cake! 📚 STORY: We have the most lovely new friends visiting from Belgium! They've helped out heaps on our house (📷 soon), spoiled us with amazing dinners/desserts, & gotten quite the education too! They gave up their to and pursue their dreams (her's is to become a pastry chef - she's already well on her way I'd say! 😍). I'll see what I can do about getting her recipe up on the blog! 👀
