A little behind the scenes from our recent corporate photo shoot with the Ray White team 📸

I really enjoy the pace of photographing a larger team, guiding each person through their poses while keeping everyone else involved. I love giving team members little jobs throughout the shoot, whether it is recording some behind-the-scenes footage, fixing the next person’s hair, moving a chair, checking an outfit, or helping make someone laugh.

It helps me a lot, but it also makes everyone feel more involved and useful. Instead of standing around focusing on how they will perform when it is their turn, they become part of the process.

It creates such a relaxed, supportive energy, and that always comes through in the final photos.

Some moments deserve to be remembered.

We had the honour of capturing a truly meaningful event as Samuela Taukave Taukave said goodbye to his signature long hair, all to raise awareness and support for DV Safe Phone 💈❤️

What started as a birthday haircut became something far more powerful. It became a reminder of what can happen when a community rallies behind a cause that matters.

DV SafePhone helps people experiencing domestic and family violence by providing safe mobile phones, giving them a vital connection to support, safety, and hope. 📱💜

It was inspiring to witness so many businesses, families, friends, and community members standing together, not just to watch a haircut, but to support lives being changed.

Thank you, Skillz, for allowing us to capture such an important day, and thank you to everyone who donated, showed up, and helped spread the message. Stories like these deserve to be seen.

💈❤️ It all came off.

For years, my hair has been a big part of who I am. This week on my birthday, I let it go for something that matters so much more.

Together we're helping support DV Safe Phone, giving survivors of domestic and family violence access to safe, secure phones when they need them most.

If you'd still like to support the cause, it's not too late. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. Thank you so so much to everyone for reminding me that when a community comes together, amazing things happen and it's just magic!!!

Some moments are bigger than business. 💜

We recently had the privilege of capturing a very special moment in our BNI community, when celebrated his birthday by cutting off his beautiful long hair to raise awareness for domestic violence.

The fundraiser supported fellow BNI Northern Lights - Mooloolaba member Ashton Wood and DV Safe Phone an incredible charity helping people experiencing domestic violence access safe mobile phones, so they can call for help, stay connected, and take steps toward safety. 📱

This was such a powerful reminder of what can happen when businesses, friends, and community come together for something that truly matters.

We were grateful to contribute in the way we know best, by capturing the moment and helping share the story.

Well done, Skillz and Ashton. Such a meaningful collaboration and such an important cause. 💜

This is why strategic content matters.

Scaussie Electrical were getting around 40 to 50 views on their social media videos.

After their first week posting the new content we created for them, one video reached 3,600 views, with the next videos already sitting around 2,000 views.

That is the difference between just “posting something” and having content that actually shows the quality of your work, your team, your process, and why people should trust you.

Scaussie Electrical are Sunshine Coast based electricians who care about doing the job properly, and we loved helping them create video content that reflects that.

More than a year ago, when we moved to the Sunshine Coast, one of the first things we did was join BNI Northern Lights - Mooloolaba — and it has honestly become so much more than a networking group.

What started as a way to connect with local business owners has turned into a beautiful community, full of genuine support, collaboration, and true friendships.

Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing our chapter members with fresh headshots, followed by some team photos that really captured the energy of this incredible group.

There is so much power in surrounding yourself with people who want to see you grow, who cheer you on, refer you, support you, and become part of your journey.

Feeling very grateful to be part of BNI Northern Lights and this amazing Sunshine Coast business community. ✨

As I was scrolling through my photos and BTS videos, I realised how amazing it is that I got to shoot right up until the very last day before giving birth to our little boy.

I was literally on production until Thursday afternoon, doing all the things… and on Friday morning, right on his due date, baby Leon arrived.

Can’t believe it’s already been almost 2 months since then.

Feeling so lucky and grateful for it all :))
