I've travelled into the past and know that the misty cloudy perception of what was and what is, are like a mirage that constantly moves beyond the horizon.

Like a veil that hides the most private spaces, thin enough to blur the truth from the masses but transparent enough to make you second guess reality.

The trauma was real; the narcissist of my childhood conditioned and systemically abused the ones who loved him unconditionally, enabled by the intuitive survivalist, a first-class prepper.

There was no empathy for the inevitable scars that would be handed down through the generations.

I often wonder if people are born or created that way? As a member of a family that was systematically abused, I have so much compassion and love for the survival of the children of these relationships. Healthy behaviours are not easily found in intergenerational abuse; nor are healthy relationships.

What I have learnt is that change comes from within.

That the abuse was NOT our fault. We deserved better.

When triggered by the past, be PRESENT.

Work on your inner child, that kid deserves your love and kindness.

Forgiveness is the only way forward or you will continue to be de-railed from your best intentions and purpose.

Self love will allow the light to find you and guide you towards a life of worthiness and peace. It will seek you out. Let it shine!

An adventure into the unknown often starts with fear. Do you fear the unknown? Does the fear stop you from being present, from achieving your goals?
Its hard to sit in the fear and face the future with your head held high knowing panic and the urge to fight, flight or fawn is your usual go to; your nervous systems primal acknowledgement of human survival.
Letting your brain and your body fight it out brings you to exhaustion, to grief; physical pain. Your capacity reduced from the battle for peace.
Facing fear is like realising your insignificance in the face of an ever expanding universe; standing on the cliff of that universe and trusting that all will be well if you just stepped into the abyss.
What makes bliss from fear is 'purpose'. You are and that is enough. You will be because you choose to be. You're the butterfly, deeply connected to the ground and the air, the fire, the rain. Your purpose is growth and expansion. That is enough!
While we sit in fear, we stagnate. In the movement away from fear towards your destiny, your purpose; remember that without a doubt, you got this!
You will move mountains, create waves, make it rain, pressure the earth into a diamond. If it is your purpose......................😍
