A year ago, Nicole felt like she had lost herself 🥀

Life had thrown more at her than most people could imagine. Grief, heartbreak, and moments that could have easily left her standing still. But she decided this next chapter was going to look different.

This was about choosing herself again.

She started making time for her. Pouring energy into herself. Taking up space in her own life again. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, confidence started finding its way back.

This shoot wasn’t about proving anything to anyone or reaching some perfect destination first.

It was about celebrating Nicole exactly where she is right now.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t changing who you are. It’s finally seeing who you’ve been all along.

Belinda sat in her viewing and became emotional seeing herself through a different lens, finally seeing the woman everyone else already sees every day.

A mother of four. A leader. A coach. A woman who has rebuilt, grown, loved, evolved and kept showing up through every chapter.

She spoke so much about confidence, strength and reconnecting with her feminine energy.

Zakaria has been saying yes to herself lately, and every part of this session felt like a reflection of that 💜

She shared that she had spent so much of her life pouring into others… Loving people around her, showing up for family and putting everyone else first. But this past year has been about something different: coming back to herself.

Saying yes more. Going to concerts, classes and events alone. Choosing experiences. Choosing growth. Choosing not to wait.

She wanted this session to capture both her softness and her strength. The joyful, lighter side of herself and the bold, confident energy that has always been there too.

Somewhere between the laughter, the confidence and the quieter moments in between, you could see exactly what she came here to celebrate.

We compare ourselves to highlights, not reality. What we’re seeing online is often a fraction: chosen angles, edited moments, and carefully constructed images.

Real bodies aren’t uniform, edited, or filtered.

They carry stretch marks, curves, laugh lines, freckles, tattoos, scars, cellulite and the marks of a life lived in them.

Most women walk in underestimating themselves.
None of them leave untouched by the experience.

Anna walked in feeling a lot at once.
Excitement. Anticipation. Emotion

And underneath that, a very familiar pattern of being a little too hard on herself.

We saw it. She saw it too.

And instead of letting it lead… she chose something different.

This year for Anna is about new things. New space, new energy, getting out of her comfort zone.

And somewhere between the nerves and the first few shots… something shifted, and she started stepping into it.

Into her body.
Into her presence.
Into that confident, powerful, sexy energy she thought was “for other women.”

And then came the moment that matters most: seeing her images.

That pause. That disbelief. That “wait… that’s actually me?”

When you feel fully supported the whole way through, a shoot becomes fun, freeing, and genuinely empowering in ways people don’t always expect.

The laughter, the connection, the hype from the team, and the moment someone sees themselves differently for the first time.

Not because they changed who they are.
