Donna and Comet here!

Me and my hooman are taking on a very impawtant challenge this June - Cancer Council's Dog Walk for Cancer. It means we'll be going on extra-long walkies all month and raising money for cancer research.

Now we all know I LOVE my walkies, but the 2-legged hooman may struggle to keep up...
So, will you please show your suppawt by sponsoring us?

Every donation no matter how big or small counts and will help keep us going.
*Tail wags* 🐾

I’m joining Do it For Cancer: 50km Walk for Cancer Challenge to support over 162, 000 Australians diagnosed with cancer each year. Please sponsor me today to help me make a difference for people impacted by cancer.

Last year, I was extremely fortunate to spend over 2 months in Europe.

Visiting 10 countries in that time, Ireland was a pretty magical place, and this cathedral was exceptionally beautiful.

I was finally able to recover my photography page!

I have A LOT of overhauling to do so it might take me a while to get back into it like I was before.

Located just 20kms north west of Melbourne, you'll find the Organ Pipes National Park that towers over Jackson's Creek.
These awesome basalt columns were formed around a million years ago when molten lava spewed out from nearby volcanoes.
There are places to have a picnic, and some of the wildlife that you may be lucky to spot include Echidna's, Kangaroos, Wallabies and if you're really lucky, Platypus.
When you arrive, be mindful that you need to walk down an incredibly steep hill to get to this place, it's a bit of an effort getting back up to the carpark I can tell you haha

Located approx 250kms from Melbourne, you'll find this incredible 12 acre desert wonderland.

With thousands of different cacti and succulent species from around the globe, you'll be sure to be amazed at mother natures creations.

Walking through the sandy trails, you'll witness Bee's, including the blue-banded bee and different bird species pollinating the gorgeous cacti flowers, you'll also see little lizards hiding in the sandy gardens.

The staff are super friendly, there are activities for kids, a gift shop so you can create your own desert landscape right at home, you can book in for photo shoots, this place is unreal.

They even make a delicious cactus ice cream and cactus cake from their very own Prickly Pear, it tastes fantastic.

Also, Cactus Country are dog friendly šŸ™‚

After a couple of years of wanting to get out here, I finally made it and it did not disappoint.
I can't wait to visit again, next time at a later time of the day as the sun was too high when we were there so every photo is super bright.

I'm still learning about cacti and succulents, I'll try to id what I can but if I get it wrong, please correct me šŸ™‚
