It’s about time I properly introduce myself, especially for all who are new here. 🥴
I’m hardly ever in front of the camera, usually behind it, so this shoot was very hard for me believe it or not 😂
I’m Kayla, your friendly photographer and the heart behind Kayla P Photographer. 👋 Proudly Samoan, originally from NZ, I come from a large extended family that’s been the spark behind my passion for photography.
For those who’ve been with me on this journey, you know that my love for capturing moments started way back in high school and university. But, it truly blossomed in 2019 when I delved into portrait photography, juggling snapshots of family and friends alongside a full-time gig. Little did I know, it would evolve into a bustling side business, connecting me with incredible families and couples.
And here I am today, in a whole new country, ready for a fresh start, making new friends and embracing new adventures. While it may feel like starting from the bottom, I’m buzzing with excitement for the fresh opportunities and ideas that lie ahead. Stay tuned for more adventures in the land down under! 🦘✨
