To all those in the combat sports world. Please take a moment to read this post..

Disability Boxing in Australia is nearly non existent, and we would like to change that.

These two warriors and their coaches jumped in the ring last night at Boxfit for their spar wars.

I am doing this post for two reasons,

1. To show how incredibly proud I am of these two legends, for not only overcoming their adversities to help inspire others, but to also thank them for the privilege of watching them grow, to show anyone can achieve anything

2. Barry and Myself are extremely passionate about this space, and would like to see this space grow, not only wheelchair boxing, but for all abilities Boxing.

Personally, I would love to see an all abilities, all styles Martial Arts event.

I would like to encourage anyone with a disability that is interested in trying Martial Arts to reach out to us, and we will try and assist you in fulfilling your dream, even if its only to hit a bag in our free community gym.

Any gym owners or promoters in this space to also reach out, so we maybe able to collaborate and network together, to create something truly unique, and refer people to you, if we get people reach out in your area.

Any all abilities organisations, and non for profits out there that think they maybe able to help using this quest, are also encouraged to get in contact.

Lets start by opening up a discussion to help make dreams a reality.

Connection in life is so important!

During the week, most of the crew from MHM train together in the gym, making sure we keep on top of our physical health which also affects our Mental Health.

We also love our weekend catch ups outside of the gym, and last week just happened to be a special one, on location in Melbourne (i love saying that) on set for the movie The Dirty Heist with

Huge thanks too and and their crews for always being ready to meet up and have a laugh.

If there are any motorbike movies out there, we have a ready made gang for you, with now seasoned actors hahahhaa
