The FE 100-400mm is part of the G Master lens series, a designation Sony gives to its top-end lenses, designed to deliver excellent results on high-res image sensors, and to render out-of-focus areas with pleasing smoothness. It also means the lens is built tough—optics are housed in a gray metal barrel so you can feel comfortable shooting in rough weather. The front element is coated with fluorine, which helps to prevent oil and water from sticking to the glass—it's easy enough to wipe away fingerprints and rain drops.

The lens itself measures 8.1 by 3.7 inches (HD) at its shortest 100mm position, but extends when zoomed. It weighs 3.1 pounds and supports 77mm front filters. Sony includes a detachable tripod foot, mounted to a rotating collar, and a reversible lens hood. The hood has a sliding cutout window, a plus if you want to adjust the position of a circular polarizing filter.

This lens is perfect for sports, wildlife & landscape photography.

The Canon 45mm f/2.8 TS-E is a normal perspective tilt-shift lens. The 45mm provides a relatively normal view for both crop and full frame imaging sensors. Canon’s unique rotation system allows control of tilt and shift direction independently. Thus allowing perspective and depth of field to be control separately. This, provides the photographer or filmmaker with greater flexibility.

With ±8° of tilt, plus ±11mm shift and ±90° of rotation on both the tilt and the shift axis. The Canon 45mm TS-E lens features an excellent variety of adjustments to achieve outstanding creative results. The 45mm TS-E also features mechanical locks. This prevents unwanted adjustments.
