Next Level and Matt Beswick Photography present βArt N**e Workshopβ
Saturday August 6th in the afternoon.
Exact start time to be between 2pm and 3pm.
Attendees: maximum of 5.
You will learn how to pose and light a subject in beautiful art n**e poses.
Think of classic sculpture and paintings.
We will accentuate and highlight the beautiful human form.
This is not Bo***ir. Bo***ir embraces an emphasis on the sexual side of our nature. We will be doing that on another workshop!
Step by step we explore a range of go-to poses. You will be able to instruct a non-model into these elegant, flattering poses.
Firstly we will go through these poses in a simple gorgeous one light setup.
Then we move to how to use the light to sculpt and highlight different elements of the n**e. These skills translate into bo***ir, fashion and portraiture. This is true even though we will be focussed solely on the the n**e form. This lighting will including setups with lots of shadow and also very bright setups, low key and high key.
We will be able to repeat and practice the same posing instructions through the various lighting setups. Therefore reinforcing your posing skills.
3 hours will give you time to learn the basic poses and ways to sculpt the light. You will receive materials showing the poses so you can remember for later. Everyone will have plenty of time shooting the model. Many people report benefiting from watching each other shoot too. You will pickup little things that you incorporate into your own shoots.
Next Level and Matt Beswick Photography are committed to offering an enhanced workshop experience. Next Level has committed to upgrading their lighting.
For this workshop we will have 3 high quality continuous LED lights that have Bowens mounts. This means that we can use professional lighting modifiers like soft boxes, octaboxes, strip lights and umbrellas. You will NOT need to know or understand flash photography. Though the skills you learn in this workshop will 100% work with flash photography in your own shoots.
This is new equipment that has not yet been seen at any of Next Levels open day shoots.
We are taking the lighting to the Next Level (yes I had to say it!).
