Finding a space with great lighting saves so much time, and project_one_coffee is a goldmine thanks to its massive west-facing windows.

We made great use of the cafes sheer curtains to diffuse the light during the day and then the universe decided to bless me with this spectacular golden hour light right as I was packing up my gear.
