Feeling very blessed to be a Finalist in the 2024 Wedding Industry Awards again this year as Di Watson Photography, Elopements & Micro Weddings -Mulgoa, NSW .
One of 17-18 photographers for Western Sydney -Blue Mountains to be a Finalist.
We are all so lucky in whatever field of the wedding industry to be trusted to share in one of the most important days in a couples life.
With probably 1000 plus wedding photographers in my local area nowadays, I am happy to make it this far and maybe make it to the Top Ten.

Today's the day at Burnham Grove Estate

So looking forward to tomorrow's Winter Wedding Open Day at Burnham Grove Estate near Camden, New South Wales, Australia
I can't wait to explore the many stunning spots for ceremonies and wedding party photo's, ready for a beautiful September Wedding I am photographing.

Open Day tomorrow! Join us at the beautiful Burnham Estate for an afternoon of sunshine, live music, canapés & drinks, and the opportunity to meet over 40 of our amazing local vendors! Gates are open from 11-3!

There’s nothing quite like having your ceremony and reception all in one location! Plan your perfect day start to finish at Burnham Grove. Guests get to witness as you share your vows, and move straight onto canapé hour following your ceremony! Our all inclusive packages makes planning your special day so much easier.

The 45 acre Burnham Grove Estate presents everything you have dreamt of, with a beautiful purpose built air-conditioned marquee for an intimate reception that spills out onto the manicured Croquet Lawn where your guests will enjoy drinks and games. The Homestead is a late nineteenth century traditional home perfect for your wedding night. 💗

Endless possibilities abound on the property, from our country views, the rustic backdrop of the heritage barn, the stunning Palm Garden with glimpses of the homestead or our unique Secret Garden.

Peppercorn Chapel
Our new Peppercorn Chapel is the ultimate ceremony space with a structured open air chapel, surrounded by the draping Peppercorn Tree's, and overlooking the stunning acres (including cows!). It is a unique setting, perfect to celebrate your nuptials!
​A stunning white framed structure, detailed with windows on each side and an open end to encompass the breathtaking views abounding.

The Barn
Our Heritage Barn, built in the 1860’s will be the backdrop for this unique ceremony space. Capturing the raw and rustic tones of the Barn, you will enter down the deep grey path, with the country view behind you. With a sloped guest seating space, it creates an amphitheatre for guests to enjoy the ceremony.

The Views
A Wild & Whimsical ceremony space capturing the stunning country views of Burnham Grove Estate. A dual tier garden ensuring all of your guests can see you special moment, the bride enters with the heritage barn behind them, reflecting the journey and history of this unique Camden venue. I have been offering a special package for Elopements for nearly 2 years since starting my Pop Up Weddings for up to 30 Guests at my Di Watson Photography Country Studio & Gallery - Mulgoa.

With all the stress of what is happening in the world right now, I have had one of my beautiful bride's say she would just like to get married sooner, and have a party to celebrate their love when they planned their original wedding date at the reception venue they had chosen.

So I thought I would just share this option, please know that it's not to profit from this situation of anyone, of the 5 people per wedding ruling, but to help out if there are couples for feeling anxious about all the uncertainty, or for health or work reasons you wish to go ahead sooner than later.
I have been a witness for a couple eloping a few years ago, and the beautiful house in the Blue Mountains they chose for their ceremony & honeymoon, the lovely owner was the other witness.

My friend Carolyn and I love sharing in such a special part of the couple's day, and I am happy to offer my Mulgoa Studio for the ceremony, by the shack, by the windmill, or down by the dam.
If that isn't the style you wish, Phil from Mulgoa Valley Receptions has offered his beautiful venue as a ceremony option.
We are gifting a celebratory bottle of champagne and canapes for the newlyweds to enjoy after the ceremony & your welcome to organise a small wedding cake to also cut the cake after the ceremony.
