My name is Kelly Carmody, and I am the owner and head fine art photographer for Rainbow Images. I have been a photographer for over 20 years now and can honestly say "I LOVE MY JOB"

I studied Photographic Journalism and graduated with honours in 2002 and have worked all over Australia. Total Weddings Whitsundays, Viva Photography, Tiny Treasures, The Shepparton Adviser, Island Photos FNQ, Wet Re

solutions, ARP, Southern Cross School Photos, Studio 108, Scene to Believe, Pixie Photos and the Central Western Daily are some of the company's I have worked with. However, as well as following my passions here I am also a photographer and reporter for the Shepp News too. I believe I have a unique way of looking at the world through my eyes and camera, and I'm passionate about creating beautiful, unique, fine art photography. People are so unique in their own ways, and everyone has a story. From families to weddings, kids, baby's, pregnancy, cake smash's', Santa sessions, mini sessions, engagements, sunsets, commercial, modelling, personal profiles, landscape and macro photography - I love it all!! This isn't all my portfolio but if you have a sneak peek through it will definitely show you my style and probably how much I love colour - hence the name Rainbow Images.

FYI... When I'm not behind the camera, I'm doing this!

A little late in sharing this very proud career moment, but last Sunday at the Goulburn Valley Wedding Expo, the Love Ever After magazine, for which I was the editor and sole writer, was handed out to hundreds of future brides and grooms.

I was so busy photographing the event that I didn't have much time to fully take it all in, but seeing people flick through the pages and hearing the positive feedback I did receive was incredibly rewarding.

It was my first time writing an entire wedding mag from the very first page to the last, and I'm so proud of how it all came together.

A huge thank you to the amazing team who helped bring it to life, including the past wedding couples who shared their beautiful love stories and wedding tips, and the sales and design teams who helped transform it into such a stunning publication.

Definitely a bucket-list career moment as an editor and writer.

I feel incredibly lucky to have a job that allows me to be creative, tell meaningful stories, and work with such wonderful people.

The magazine was filled with beautiful real wedding stories, a wedding shoot with models right from our very office, helpful wedding tips, and plenty of creative inspiration for couples planning their special day.

More copies will be available in the Shepp News office soon.

Hey everyone, just a little life update…

Yes, I’m still here! I’ve just taken a step back from the camera lately to focus on life for a bit.

My boy and I have sold our house and moved out to my mum’s property in Rushworth. We’re now settled into a beautiful little granny flat beside her home on twenty acres, and honestly, it’s been so nice to slow down, breathe, and just focus on us under the stars.

Work has also been incredibly busy (in the best way). I’ve recently been promoted to magazine editor and have some amazing projects coming out soon that I can’t wait to share with you all.

I do have a debutante and a few weddings coming up, and Mother’s Day minis will still be happening — just likely towards the end of May or early June.

Behind the scenes, Harly and I have also been working hard on getting our asthma product to market with Asthma Australia… so yes, lots happening!

I hope you’re all doing well, please feel free to reach out with any enquiries. I’ll always do my best to fit you in, especially if you have something special you’d like captured.
