The face behind your flowers 🤍
I’m Amy — the florist, creative, candle obsessive and person behind A Little Bohemia.
And while you’ll see plenty of beautiful flowers here, Bohemia has never really been just about the flowers for me.
It’s about how the whole day feels.
The atmosphere when your guests walk into the room. The flowers spilling across a table. Candlelight as the sun goes down. Those little details that somehow make everything feel like you.
When you work with me, you’re not expected to arrive knowing flower names or exactly what you need. That’s my job.
I’ll listen to what you love, what you don’t, how you want your wedding to feel and what matters most to you. Then I’ll take all those pieces and work out how we can create something beautiful, considered and completely your own.
I’m a big believer in making intentional choices rather than adding things simply because weddings are “supposed” to have them. Sometimes one incredible floral moment is far more beautiful than flowers scattered everywhere.
And I’ll always tell you what I think will work — or what I think you can happily leave out.
Behind the scenes, Bohemia is hands-on and very personal. I’m involved from those first conversations and ideas, through to choosing your flowers, designing, creating, packing the van and bringing it all together on the day.
After almost 30 years of working with weddings, I still love that moment when everything is finally in place, the candles are lit and I get to stand back for a second and see the room come to life.
Flowers are what I create.
But the feeling is always what I’m chasing.
