Over the weekend i was lucky enough to be able to lead another meetup without the blue mountains photography group. We were able to play with moving water at Katoomba falls. I didn’t grab many shots, but was lucky to capture this.

🦅I was lucky enough to get a weekend with the amazing Nikon Z9 and 100-400mm lens. What an amazing combination, I was easily able to flick between capturing surfers from the headland to the seagulls that would drift through the frame.

This is my fav sunrise shots captured at Narooma. This shot was captured by chance, in the opposite direction to sunrise and after the initial colours had let the clouds. I couldn’t turn down the mist and the golden light.

This is another shot from my new fav vantage point. Todays sunrise was very grey and wet, so this was from yesterdays. I waited to get the right wave and timing. Having the movement with the amazing orange / purple blush just finishes the image and was a great way to start the day.
