52 Self Portrait Challenge

Sometimes I find myself overcomplicating and overthinking things. It really stresses me out!
Im slowly learning the signs and reminding myself to stop and take a breath before it becomes overwhelming and I burn out. I make myself take time away from everything and ground myself in a calm, safe space.

It seems so simple but as humans, we are always wanting to help others and be doing more and being enough for others. Instead of doing it for ourselves. Being enough for ourselves by following our hearts and embracing what brings us happiness.

For me, this was a simple setup, with lighting I dont normally use and letting it flow.
Im working towards a more carefree approach to my life and Im so happy Im finally able to comfortable give myself the space to do so!
