Images 1, 7, & 8 I love!….. but they weren’t captured by me! My 2nd Shooter took them. So credit where due, these are rippers. I was shooting other things and on the first image - the Black & White by the car, I had skipped ahead to get the drone up ready to capture Laura & Ross as they were headed to the sunflower field.

The First Look at Mindaribba House was something special.

I didn’t know that the 2016 Trend was a thing until about 20 minutes ago then the penny dropped. That’s what all my peeps have been posting.

Then it got me thinking 2016 was peak. Couple of big wins. First and Foremost I realised a lifelong goal by being at the 2016 NRL Grand Final watching my Sharkies win their first comp. What a bloody relief, cannot express how good that was to get the monkey off our backs lol. Literally the best day ever.

Secondly, a big moment professionally winning a big award in my field and knowing that I was up there with my peers was good. 10 yrs on I look back at my 2016 year and think wow, what a journey. 2016 year in review post link in comments. Some banging photos on there that absolutely hold up a decade later.
