Metropolitan Players Inc is a non-professional theatre company that has been operating in Newcastle for 39 years. The Company was first formed in 1977 and has been producing quality musicals ever since. Over the years our productions have received many City of Newcastle Drama Awards (the CONDAs). The most successful was "The Producers" in 2008 which won 6 Awards. All of our costumes are designed a
