Today, on our whistle stop tour of destination weddings, we’re in York, the county seat of Yorkshire, whose symbol is the white rose. Even though the War of the Roses was 700 years ago, if you’re wanting red roses for your flowers you’ll probably be better off choosing a Lancashire venue.
