Good luck to everyone heading out to a wedding over the next couple of days! And a good time for a flashback to Janelle and Chris, a day when the thunder boomed above us and Stirling Highway was flooded from the downpour. We still managed to get some photos out on the jetty once the rain eased off.

Perth hills in autumn is just stunning. It was the perfect backdrop for Emma and Dean’s wedding at Araluen Estate.

They chose to have an intimate wedding with their immediate families, set against those epic views down the valley.

Their family then headed up to the function area while we did a quick trip down the green in the golf buggies chasing that autumn colour.

Their reception had some beautiful speeches, and the weather was just right for dancing out on the terrace under the stars.

Despite the rain and the wind, these two were absolute legends heading out in the tiny gap in the weather for some epic photos along the coastline. No matter the weather, Rottnest is a beautiful island.
