Last wednesday not have ended with a trophy, but it reminded me of something even more important.

Being named a finalist was an incredible honour in itself. As a solo photographer, standing alongside so many talented businesses was something I'm genuinely proud of.

Of course I would have loved to bring home the win. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. But this journey has never been about one award. It's about the families who trust me with their memories, the businesses who support me, and the stories I'm lucky enough to capture through my lens.

To every single client who has booked with Flow Creative Photography, shared my work, recommended me, or simply cheered me on... thank you. You are the reason I get to keep doing what I love.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. ❤️

This is just another chapter, not the end of the story. The camera is staying firmly in my hands, and I can't wait to show you what's next. 📸🌿

Just raw newborn moments in the Special Care Nursery. 🤍

Natural, real life newborn sessions that embrace the beauty of your story as it unfolds. While there may be a few gently guided moments, the majority of this session was candid capturing the quiet touches, the tears, the strength, the love, and all the little moments in between.

These are the memories you'll never want to forget. The real ones. The honest ones. The beginning of your story together. 🩷

And yes... I absolutely do colour edits too. 😂 But lately I've been completely vibing with my black and white edits. There's just something about them. They strip everything back and let the emotion take centre stage. Extra moody, extra raw, and full of feeling. 🖤

I feel incredibly grateful to have been there to capture these raw, precious moments of my sister and brother-in-law meeting their beautiful little girl in the special care unit. What was meant to be a baby shower became a newborn session instead.
