GRAMPIANS VIEWS cards which came is small packs of 8 or 12. TINTED REAL PHOTOS and about 10cm x 6cm. Most seem to be from the c1920 period and were sold by Valentines.
Imagine the difficulties getting into the rough terrain to take the photographs.
This is the SECOND Series of these, (1 more) showing 9 more, different views, from a few incomplete sets. The tinting is generally poor, but gives some more 'life' to the interesting terrain.
No 16. "In the Wolf's mouth, Grampians". Bet the kids loved that photo. Wonderful formation.
You can zoom in to see better as they are REAL photos and quite clear. ALSO very glossy and show some unavoidable reflections.
