Photographie de ma grande tante prise dans les années 50. Quelqu'un a écrit à la main "complètement abattue..." au dos de la photo. Il est intéressant de noter que ma grande tante est mon sosie, mais avec plus de cheveux.
Picture of my great aunt from the 50's. On the back of the picture it has been written "Complètement abattue...", which can be translate as "Totally beaten...". It's interesting to notice that my great aunt is basically me with more hair.

Photo de groupe des conscrits de Saint-Rambert-d'Albon dans la Drôme, prise le 22 septembre 1924. Cette photo a été prise à l'occasion d'un conseil de révision, où les jeunes de 18 ans étaient convoqués pour être examinés sous toutes les coutures, et ce intégralement dénudés, afin d'être déclarés aptes au service militaire. La soirée alcoolisée qui était de coutume après ce conseil de révision était bien souvent la première cuite des jeunes garçons.
