Bit late for
These awesome little ground frogs are Red-Crowned Toadlets (Pseudophryne australis), found recently in Brisbane Waters National Park, NSW.
They can be a difficult to find species, as they tend to spend most of their time well hidden under leaf litter, often around drainage lines. They are a threatened species, listed as vulnerable in NSW with their distribution limited to areas around the Sydney Basin, especially near Hawkesbury and Narrabeen sandstone outcrops. They have an awesome call that is 'squelchy', which I reckon sounds a bit like walking in a wet pair of thongs!
