A little throwback to the workshop with beautiful mama 🧡
These images take me straight back to a memory from my early motherhood days… one of those early newborn days that feel so big and overwhelming when you’re in them, but somehow turn into such a blur.
I remember this one afternoon with Marlow, I was exhausted, he wouldn’t settle, and I had that feeling of why can’t I get this right? My mother-in-law popped over, took him outside and just showed him the leaves and the flowers… and he settled. So simple, but it stuck with me.
It’s so easy in those early days to feel like you should just know what to do. But really, we’re not meant to do it alone.
Looking back now, I just feel really grateful for moments like that… for the support, the calm, the reminder that it’s okay to lean on people who’ve been there before.
If you’re in that season right now, this is your little nudge to reach out for help. You don’t have to do it all.
You’re doing an amazing job, Mama! Even on the days it doesn’t feel like it. 🌻
