Check out the book "Jirdarup Bushland," which was released this week. The work of the "Friends of Jirdarup Bushland" is fundamental in the conservation and restoration of the nature reserve. I am honoured to have one of my photos included in the book. For more information about the book, please check out the links below.
"The beautifully written and published book is a triumph for the Friends. It chronicles the history of the Bushland (comprising the Kensington Bush Forever site and the surrounding George St reserve and Kent St sandpit site), the formation of the Friends group, and the contributions of our local community members over many decades in preserving and protecting this unique 9+ hectare remnant banksia woodland surviving in an inner metropolitan area. The photos are sensational and are the work of 70 amateur and professional photographers."
