I know I don’t post landscapes much but i am enjoying it so I will be posting more landscape photography. I adore everything to do with nature, how it grows, how things move and how it is perfectly made for the ecosystem that is within the landscapes.

A gorgeous sand goanna also known as goulds monitor. These species of monitor lizard can grow up to 160cm long and can run up to 40km/h in short bursts. I’ve loved these lizards ever since I could remember and see them quite often in the warmer months up at home but they are a bit quicker then I am😂

Spinosaurus is still one of the most talked about species in the paleontological field due to new discovers about its more semi aquatic lifestyle and size, possibly being able to potentially reach 18 metres or 59 feet in length. Receiving the news at work about Sam Neil’s passing was tragic, Sam Neil portrayed one of favourite characters in all of fiction being Alan grant from the Jurassic park franchise and that character help solidify my fascination (maybe obsession😂) with the prehistoric world and palaeontology as a whole. An amazing actor in many rolls and great man overall with so much care for the people and animals around him.
R.I.P Sam Neil thank you for helping me be comfortable with who I am. Best wishes to his friends and family.

An einiosaurus trying to find its herd.
Fun fact einiosaurus has a forward facing nasal horn instead of the typical straight horns most ceratopsians have, it is referred to as a buffalo even the name einiosaurus means buffalo lizard.

Fun fact laughing kookaburras are not native to Western Australia. They were introduced from the eastern states of Australia roughly 100 years ago.
