Copyright remains with the photographer unless digital images are purchased in which case dual copyright is formed. Any images taken may be used for promotional and advertising purposes by Lewis Conte Photography. Quotes are valid for 7 days but dates are not secure until
a deposit is paid. All care is taken whilst on assignment and during the image processing, the photographer or studio is not liable for elements beyond the studio’s control including faulty material, equipment fail, damage/loss of images, damage to property or persons involved, in which case a full or particial refund to the client above will be returned. Invoices are final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless approved by the business owner. Any shoot cancelations will forfeit any deposits paid and any balance amounts will have a credit applied towards future bookings if deemed applicable by Lewis Conte Photography.
