Well… what a day. Rain, wind, changed plans… but Stella & Julian took it all in their stride. Nothing was too much for these two.
With a late ceremony, time for photos was tight… but no stress here, we absolutely nailed it. Sometimes the unexpected creates the best moments, and these two were just incredible to work with.

Regarding a post today from a groom on Everything Weddings Perth page.

Please back up your wedding photos.
Cloud isn’t enough.
Thumb drives fail.
Solid state drives aren’t built for long-term storage.
If you want something safe, think physical:
Wedding albums. Prints. External hard disk drives.
A groom reached out in full panic thinking he’d lost their entire wedding gallery.
Unfortunately he hadn’t backed them up properly.
Lucky for him, I never delete my couples’ weddings.
I still have photos going back over 16 years.
I was able to recover everything within a couple of hours and deliver a new online gallery to him.
This is exactly why experience matters.
Not just on the day, but everything that happens after it too.
Your wedding photos are a once-in-a-lifetime thing.
Treat them that way.

Sophie and Oskar asked me if we could keep the wedding photos to only 30 minutes, as they wanted to enjoy the cocktail hour and be more present at the reception. I did their photos in under that time and focused more on the party afterwards. Such a fun wedding with high energy.
