Finding bo***ir photographers is the hardest role to recruit at crooked, and often feels like a needle in a haystack. It isn’t just seeing how you shoot and understand light, but a key requirement is who you ARE for our clients – your ability to connect with them and make them FEEL. 🥹

We can provide training in posing and we shoot with a Nikon Z9, we know what we are looking for when we see it in your portfolio and hear it in your words!

Gosh we could've chatted with Denise all day, she sat down with us for her model call interview and shared something so powerful. She's a breast cancer survivor, and after everything her body has been through, she carries a scar she used to feel unsure about but she felt ready to do a bo***ir shoot and not to hide it, but to show it because to her, and to us, it's proof of strength. 🤍

Her message to every woman reading this: "it doesn't matter how many scars you have or how big they are, you are beautiful. all of you, exactly as you are."
