I went to Bali to plan a body confidence retreat and I realised confidence isn’t just body stuff … it’s everyday stuff.
The small choices you don’t make because you are overthinking or shrinking. This retreat isn’t about doing anything extreme. It’s workshops and conversations and the space to feel safe to try new things so you will go home with confidence you can actually use.
