The Final Countdown (Cue Dramatic Music 🎶)

Well, folks, after close to 8 years in the wedding game and over 300 wedding either coordinated, officiated and sometimes both…it’s time to hang up my hat (or, more accurately, my well-worn wedding binder).

Weddings have never been my full-time gig, and as life fills up with drama—literally, because *drama teacher*—and the beautiful chaos of mum life, something’s gotta give.

So, I’m officially winding things down. Effective immediately, I’m no longer taking new bookings beyond June 2026 (unless we’ve already made plans—don’t worry, I’m not ghosting you at the altar).

If you are planning to get hitched before June 2026 then hit me up!! I’m still gonna be hitching my little butt off til then!

There is so much I could say but i could never put it into words. It has been an absolute joy, an honour, and occasionally a hilarious challenge to be part of so many love stories. But it’s time to turn that love inwards, to my family and my kids who need more of my time and focus.

To all my couples—past, present, and soon-to-be—thank you for trusting me to bring the laughs, the love, and the legally binding words. You’ve made this journey unforgettable.

Now, if you need me, I’ll be wrangling teenagers into Shakespearean monologues and making Play-Doh cupcakes with my little ones. And who knows—maybe one day I’ll dust off my mic for a cameo appearance (never say never, right?)

Having a celebrant who can crack a joke, calm your nerves, AND be your emergency veil fixer? Now *that’s* what I call full service! I’m basically a celebrant-slash-veil-whisperer at this point. 😄
