we did do quite a few smiley one's, but we all know I am a sucker for the steel blue posey poses ;)

on a side note, Christine is an amazing fellow photographer herself and had mentioned that she would like to bring her own brown backdrop but we were a little worried it would be too small to pose the whole family on... I decided to do something that I have never done before and I painted a backdrop! so if you want something a little more earthy in place of my signature black vanity fair look - you can!

there is something about the journey to motherhood that changes the way you see yourself.

your body is changing. your priorities are changing. your whole world is quietly becoming something different. and sometimes, in the middle of all of that change, you realise that this moment, this chapter, is the most amazing and surreal.

you are strong. beautiful. becoming.

maternity photography isn’t just about documenting a beautiful belly. it is about remembering you in this season of your life; before the sleepless nights, before the tiny fingers, before you become someone’s everything.

one day, you will look back at these photographs and remember how it felt to carry this little person.

my studio space is an absolute game changer.

not just because it is beautiful, but because it gives women a space to slow down, to breathe, to see themselves differently.

she walked through the door with nerves, doubts, and a thousand reasons to stay in her comfort zone… and out of my studio.

but somewhere between the first click of the camera and the final image, something shifted.

the fear faded. the confidence grew.

she stopped seeing all the things she thought she needed to hide or change and started seeing the woman who was always there.

your bo***ir session with me, isn’t just about photographs.

it is about stepping into a moment where you choose yourself.

and leave with a new found confidence.

she’s been through the fire, walked through storms, and carried scars that only she knows the weight of. but here she is, unapologetic, unbroken, and more powerful than every person who tried to dim her light. this isn’t just a "bo***ir photoshoot". it’s proof that your strength can be soft, beauty can be fierce, and survival can look this stunning.

miss v came in for her bo***ir experience after her mama had encouraged her to do this to celebrate turning twenty one, she was nervous of course, but she totally embraced the journey and floated out of the studio on a high!
