If you’re a certified coffee nerd in Sydney, you need to sprint to the brand new Five Senses flagship in Petersham ASAP. ☕️🤌

After 25 years of dominating the roasting game, they finally opened their first-ever café, and it is a literal dream. Minimalist, light-filled Scandinavian interiors that make you want to move right in and spend the entire morning romanticising your life.

But let’s talk about the coffee. I had a Cappuccino from their iconic Dark Horse blend and a pour-over from Leonid Ramirez blend special release, it has this Rockmelon, Blood Orange, Cola flavour. No surprises here since it’s literally attached to their state-of-the-art Barista Academy! Pair your brew with a gourmet toastie or a pastry from Organic Bread Bar, and you have the ultimate slow morning setup. 🥐❤️

Bonus points: It’s super laptop-friendly with great Wi-Fi and power outlets if you want to get some work done in a gorgeous space.

Okay, Sydney, I think I just found our new favourite Saturday ritual. 🥂✨
Delta Rue just launched a $99 premium Yum Cha-inspired bottomless lunch, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. The space looks like a 1920s Hanoi dream—think gorgeous tropical feature walls, sleek teak timber chairs, and a sun-soaked terrace that is literally made for a long lunch. 🌿

Now let’s talk about the food, because everything was next-level delicious. They bring out a massive, share-style Vietnamese-French fusion feast where every single dish is packed with bold flavours. We’re talking crispy pork belly, premium dumplings, savoury prawn toast, BBQ chicken, and rich XO fried rice. Plus, they keep the unlimited prawn crackers coming the entire time! 🥢🤌

To top it off, the free-flowing cocktails, house highballs, wines, and ice-cold beers (Tiger, Heineken, Tsingtao) do not stop for the full 90 minutes. Every bite was incredibly tasty, and the service was so fast. Trust me, you need to save this for your next weekend plan!

OMG, I think I just found Sydney’s prettiest new slice of Europe, and it’s hiding right on the border of Surry Hills and Redfern, Penelope Bakery and Coffee Roaster! A stunning modern Greek-inspired bakery that honestly feels like you’ve been transported straight to a rustic European shop.

It is on the tinier side indoors, but they have the cutest outdoor street-side seating which is absolutely perfect for people-watching in the morning sun.

— Banana Maple Coffee Cloud. Thick, creamy, and highly addictive.
— Iced Latte. Super smooth, perfectly balanced, and the best part? Every single coffee comes served with a complimentary traditional paximadi (Greek biscotti) for dipping! Such a cute touch.
— Bueno Scroll. Their 72-hour cold-fermented scrolls are famous for a reason. Incredibly pillowy, perfectly layered, and oozing with rich, nutty hazelnut Bueno goodness.
