That warm, dreamy light… the golden glow… everything just looks a little bit more magical. 😍

BUT… daylight saving is only about 4 weeks away here in South Australia, and as much as I love the longer evenings, there’s one thing I don’t love…

Golden hour gets SO LATE. 😂

And when you have little kids, late golden hour means:
“I’m hungry.”
“I’m tired.”
grumpy face
meltdown
…and it’s basically bed time . 🫠😂

So while I’ll be excited for those beautiful summer sunsets before daylight saving starts is the best time to have outdoor Photos

Just a girl who absolutely loves all the animals 🐾🤍 Feeling so incredibly blessed to do what I love and to have the opportunity to capture beautiful moments between people and their beloved pets. 📸🐶🐱 There’s truly something so special about the bond we share with our animals, and I feel so lucky to be able to capture those memories forever. 🥹✨

Family is important to so many people, and as a photographer, I believe being in the photos with your family matters too. So often I hear, “Just take some photos of the kids.” But I’m here to remind you: you deserve to be in those photos too.
Your children will want to look back and see you there—not just behind the camera, but right beside them, sharing the moments, the cuddles, the laughter, and the love.
