So I have some news that is exciting and sad.....

My family and I are moving to the Gold Coast this week.

We have had a rough couple of months and have decided that we are wanting to be closer to our family.

I would like to thank everyone for your amazing support of my small business here in Port Macquarie I will miss all of my wonderful clients. But we are looking forward to bigger and better things in this new chapter of our lives and growing my small business up there.

To anyone that is waiting on their gallery, I am so sorry for the delays, I will have them to you as soon as we are settled in the next couple of weeks.

If you have any friends or family that are up there and would be interested in family photos please share this with them or if you are in the area and would love to book in your next family shoot please get in contact. I will be taking bookings from the beginning of October.

Hi Everyone, I know it has been a while since I have posted on social media.....

In the last 3 months I have been going through a journey to discover who I am and what I want....I have been working on my mental health, my family and taking care of my kids.

In that time I have been assessed and diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, which wasn't really a surprise since I have 2 children with Autism and ADHD.

So I have been working through the emotions of being diagnosed later in life and the trauma it has caused from living my life without the proper help to live with these abilities. I have also been on a journey of discovering who I am knowing that the things I thought were wrong with me was actually that my brain was wired differently and learning new skills to be able to function properly in my work and family life.

I have always struggled with my mental health since I was a teen but I now finally feel like I have some control over my mental health and the tools to deal with everyday life not only for me but for my family.

But I have had to make some changes in my life.....For now I will still be running my business but my hours will be limited so I can focus on my family and continue to take care of myself. I will also be moving away from the in person design appointments to doing online galleries and zoom design appointments, but please know that if you would prefer to do it in person I will happily do that for you.

Have a wonderful week and take care of yourself.....as a mum I often forget that to care for my family, I must take care of myself first!!!

Wow I cant believe it is almost Mother's Day. This year has been flying by so quickly.

What are you up to this weekend to spoil your Mum?

For me I am going to have a relaxed day with my family. Lots of snuggles on the couch and watching movies with my boys.

📢📢ATTENTION ALL.......NEW PRODUCT ALERT📢📢
These beautiful leather covered albums are one of the products I got to have a look at last week at the Industry night.

They haven't been officially released by the supplier yet, so I don't have all of the details yet.

✅But one thing that I really love about these albums and this supplier is....that the leather they are using to cover these albums are leather offcuts from some of their larger wedding albums they offer. This just makes me so happy to know that I support a supplier that not only offers amazing high quality products but they are continually finding ways to reduce their waste and repurpose materials.

Wow...what a week!

So last week I went up to Brisbane for a workshop and industry night.

In the workshop we were learning about client experience, time management, marketing and scaling business. I believe that it is so important for me or any business owner to continually study, learn and grow so they are able to give their clients/customers the best experience and/or products.

At the Industry night I got to meet my amazing suppliers and chat with them about their products and get a sneak peak at some new products that are coming to the market soon. I cant wait to see what you all think.

But it wasn't all about business, it was an opportunity to come together as a community of photographers and have some fun. I finally got to meet my photography business coach in person and catch up with some amazing photographers from south east QLD and northern NSW.

Stay tuned for some sneak peeks on some products I'm considering adding to my price list.
