Hi, I’m Saffron — the face behind Chasing the Sun Photography.

I’m a photographer, a mum, and a firm believer that the most beautiful photos are the ones you feel.

As a mum myself, I know how quickly the little moments pass. The way your child reaches for your hand, the look your partner gives you when you’re not watching, the laughter, the cuddles, the chaos, and all the tiny in-between moments that make up your story.

My sessions aren’t about stiff poses or forced smiles.

They’re about connection.

They’re about capturing the real you.

I’ll gently guide you throughout your session so you never feel awkward or unsure, but rather than focusing on perfect poses, I focus on genuine emotion, movement, and natural interactions. The moments that tell your story exactly as it is right now.

Whether it’s a growing family, a new baby, a maternity journey, a couple in love, or simply documenting this season of life, my goal is to create images that bring you straight back to how it felt.
