You know, six years ago when I said I was going for good but I was going to take a little bit of a break - I didn't REALLY think that six years was going to be that amount of time.

Life, it happened. It happened in a big way, a small way. Both terrifying, joyful, trepidation and admiration of how the world works.

And it's taken... a while.
A long while.

To get back to where I'm ready to start capturing your worlds again.
But we're here.

We're still coffee addicted.
We're still cliche messy hair.

I'm still Claire.
And I'm excited for this next chapter.

You know when you just find your happy place and you always try to find your way back there? We had that conversation last year when we were fortunate to have a weekend away at The Ridge Retreat • Rum Jungle

So when Alice and Steven invited us back this year and to have the opportunity to try their new Book the Cook experience, you better believe we jumped on that opportunity quicker than a territorian throwing a jumper on when it hits 22 degrees out 😅

This was again a magical experience, set on their property with the sun setting in the background. The sound of nature taking over and being delighted with Steven's amazing cooking skills, and Alice's easy going conversation. Both of which made us feel like we were home.

More pictures to come but this is a beautiful addition to an already stellar experience and cannot recommend this enough ✨️
