Life is hard for two reasons: Because your leaving your comfort zone or your staying in it.

Choose wisely. 💪

Because like building any muscle - growth and strength is developed outside our comfort zone. ✨

When you only do what’s easy (put things off, procrastinate, the least effort, etc), life is hard.

Do what’s hard (and even a little scary), and life becomes easier.

Instead of being scared of doing the thing you know you should do, be more scared of what you will lose by not doing it.

Happiness is an inside job, found when you stop comparing yourself to other people. ✨

It isn’t about getting what you want all the time, but loving yourself and being grateful for all you have. 🙏

The challenge is we have limited conscious attention so you have less bandwidth to focus on things like opportunity or what you could be grateful for.

Life is a series of choices.

"Man is like a breath; his days are like a fleeting shadow."

Time is so precious — time with our families, our children, our parents, our friends, as well as our brothers and sisters in Christ. How do you invest your time? Where do you invest it? You know, it's really more valuable than the money we invest. Once it's gone, it can't be reclaimed. So as you begin each day, ask God that you will be able to "know the time," to see it for what it is and to use it for its greatest good. Time passes quickly, and like the shadows of early evening, it's not long before it is absorbed into the gathering darkness of night.
