Here’s a quick introduction. Read on to discover their journey, favourite moments, and what fuels their love for the craft.

Cosplay Journey:
My first experience with cosplay was through the Mackay based convention Sugar City Con” and now I have been cosplaying for 10+ yrs.

In that 10yr period I became a part of the Brisbane based community, before I relocated to Melbourne where I now am an avid part of the Melbourne community.

I’ve learnt so much through my cosplay journey about sewing, sfx, wig crafting, foam and so many other skills. I’ve been able to guest at many events through out qld. I even was an cohost on the podcast “The Hidden Language of Cosplay” and love being able to talk all things cosplay and help encourage people to give cosplay a go like I was 10+ years ago.

Favourite Cosplay Memory:
I have so many favourite memories, but one that stands out is when I was invited to guest in my home town of Mackay. That felt very surreal and full circle for my cosplay journey.

What do you like about Cosplaying?
I love that through cosplay you get to build a sense of community. In a world so divided it feels nice to be able to come together and express yourself through popculture, all while motivating others to give it a go.
