Get our kids exploring the bay.

Youth led encouragement and teens teaching kids can be a fun experience.

3hrs (9am - 12pm or 3pm - 5pm)

Learn to rig, bait, cast, release, responsible fishing, and hopefully catch a fish.

Our boys will take your kid and show them the ropes and walk around the pond to find some holes, secret spots, etc.

Parents can stay the entire time if from 8 - 12yrs or from 12yrs + can allow the kids to do their thing but must pick up your child at the finish time.

The meeting point is The Pond Jetty Saftey Bay.

Requirements for child:

Basic rod and light tackle kit

Bag of squid 🐙

Secret elves from the City of Rockingham Libraries have been busy preparing for this year's Christmas Book Drop on Friday 12 December, a festive gift from us to you. 📚🎁

A selection of new books for all ages will be hidden around the community for you to discover in public spaces including foreshores, playgrounds and parks.
